Event details
In the first part I will briefly review a general (but severely limited) approach for writing down a formal stationary solution of any (ergodic) master equation by using the language of graph theory. In the second part, I will apply this approach to the exclusion process with slow sites and show how to extract some data relevant to the protein synthesis despite the fact that the steady state of this process is generally unknown.
