Ian Stevens has been involved in the growth of several life science businesses in Scotland over the last 20 years. Ian is currently CEO of Thin Dissolving Film manufacturer Biofilm, having joined them in 2017; a non-executive Chairman of Mime Technologies Limited, a software technology start-up company; and of Chromacity Limited, who manufacture compact and ultrafast laser systems. Ian's Entrepreneurial Masterclass will seek to illustrate how these young organisations chose and then adapted their strategic direction, by describing some of the challenges faced and how they were addressed.
