Event details

In this talk, I would like to briefly introduce my research activities, and my experience on solving the problems in Chemical Engineering Processes by using colloid and interfacial science. The examples will be: 1. Control the size of ice crystals in ice cream and the measurement of the adhesion force between ice crystals 2. Measurement of micro-bubble rigidity 3. Application of colloid and interfacial science in secondary pharmaceutical production 4. Separation of copper radioisotopes 5. Multiphase flow in porous materials for enhanced oil recovery and CO2 storage, 6. Other research activities

About Condensed Matter lunchtime seminars

This is a weekly series of informal talks given primarily by members of the institute of condensed matter and complex systems, but is also open to members of other groups and external visitors. The aim of the series is to promote discussion and learning of various topics at a level suitable to the broad background of the group. Everyone is welcome to attend..
