Event details

The asymmetric simple exclusion process (ASEP) is one of the most simple stochastic interacting particles models with an out of equilibrium stationary state. It has also the good property of being an integrable model, making it possible to obtain exact results for several quantities. In my presentation, I will explain how the Bethe Ansatz can be applied in the case of the ASEP on a ring. In particular, I will show that it can lead to explicit expressions for the fluctuations of the current.
