Event details

The rapid improvement of Higgs boson measurements has created demand to increase the precision of the prediction for the Higgs production cross-section to a new level. We recently have obtained an important step in this direction by computing the N3LO QCD corrections at threshold. Now we are able to go beyond this first result and present techniques and first results of a systematic expansion around the threshold limit.

About Particle Physics Theory seminars

The Particle Physics Theory seminar is a weekly series of talks reflecting the diverse interests of the group. Topics include analytic and numerical calculations based on the Standard Model of elementary particle physics, theories exploring new physics, as well as more formal developments in gauge theories and gravity..
