School of GeoSciences, The Planet Earth Lecture Series
The inaugural School of GeoSciences, Planet Earth distinguished lecture will be given by Professor Dame Julia Slingo DBE. This lecture series aims to inspire our academic and local community by attracting speakers of international reputation and will strive to become a significant annual event in the University's calendar of prestigious events. Our invited speakers will be asked to deliver a package of activities: a public lecture, motivational workshops and outreach activities.
