Abstract
Quantum computers: once science fiction, now science fact! But what are they? How do they work? And just what, exactly, are they good for?
Join Steven and Brian to learn more about one of the most exciting new technologies of our time, as part of the Qiskit Fall Fest launch event. Immediately following the talk, participants can join the Qiskit 101 workshop to get hands on with IBM's Qiskit software and learn how to program real quantum computers.
Refreshments
Meet at 16.30 outside the lecture theatre for tea and cakes prior to the talk.
