Event details
Peter's update on spin glass and disordered systems conference, and Emil will be giving a talk on his work during his masters degree:
"I will give a short talk on the topic of my MSc thesis carried out at KTH, Stockholm: The fluctuation theorems are precise statements about the irreversibility observed in stochastic thermodynamic systems. These results have been generalized to the case of feedback control, giving a framework for the study of the thermodynamics of information. My thesis concerns how the fluctuation theorems can be used to construct equilibrium distributions by reweighting non-equilibrium simulation data of a feedback-driven process."
