Boostrapping Non-planar Amplitudes
Particle Physics Theory seminar
Boostrapping Non-planar Amplitudes
- Event time: 2:00pm
- Event date: 31st January 2018
- Speaker: Vladimir Mitev (Johannes Gutenberg Universitaet Mainz)
- Location: Higgs Centre Seminar Room, Room 4305, James Clerk Maxwell Building (JCMB) James Clerk Maxwell Building Peter Guthrie Tait Road Edinburgh EH9 3FD GB
Event details
I present a method of computing Feynman integrals by classifying the relevant function space and comparing with suitably chosen limits of their Mellin-Barnes representations.
As an example, I discuss the calculation of a five-point two-loop non-planar integral that has applications for non-planar amplitudes of N=4 SYM.

About Particle Physics Theory seminars
The Particle Physics Theory seminar is a weekly series of talks reflecting the diverse interests of the group. Topics include analytic and numerical calculations based on the Standard Model of elementary particle physics, theories exploring new physics, as well as more formal developments in gauge theories and gravity..
