A Genius Story
How I came up with the idea, commercialised it and grew the business to a team of 270 people, turning over £30m. I also cover some of the challenges of gluten free bakery. I give tips all the way through that will be relevant to the scientific entrepreneurs in the room. I also cover a bit about my work with ECFP.
