In this talk I will discuss where we are in STEM, when it comes to diversity and inclusion. This will include recent reports and examples from my own personal story including my own journey and where I see myself at present as part of the STEM workforce.

Physics & Astronomy Equality, Diversity & Inclusion lunchtime meetings - everyone in the School is welcome - both students and staff. Most meetings are at lunchtime. Our aim is to discuss and learn on how to be the best physicists we can be.
