Title: Gravitational Waves from Scattering Amplitudes

Abstract: Recent years have seen significant advancements in employing tools from Quantum Field Theory, specifically Scattering Amplitudes, to inform theoretical predictions for gravitational waveforms generated by binary systems. In this talk I will discuss how using these methods we have obtained new results pertaining to the gravitational interaction of spinning objects, as well as seen hints of novel physical phenomena that will potentially manifest in the gravitational waveform.
