Three children - one chair, or how to survive a career as scientist and parent

The majority of researchers in academia will have children, but we rarely talk about it. I this talk I will share some of my personal experience of the challenges, struggles and joys of raising kids while pursuing a career in academia, and discuss some selected statistics and research related to parenthood and specifically motherhood in relation to expectations of employers and society. Please come with questions, opinions and an open mind!
