Event details
We are a neurodiverse species, and just like a biodiverse environment, this variety is of vital importance to our society. In this seminar, I will introduce the neurodiversity paradigm and the social model of disability. I will also discuss some of the strengths and challenges of different neurotypes, and explore ways of working that benefit everybody.
I’m Lauren, a neuro-affirming coach, supporting late-discovered neurodivergent folks with understanding their neurotype. My background is in particle physics, with a PhD in neutrino physics. I then worked in EdTech, before discovering I’m an AuDHDer and deciding to start my own business, Curious Coaching.
