Dr Sheila Kanani was the Education, Outreach and Diversity Officer at the Royal Astronomical Society; she was responsible for the RAS Inclusion Booklet, Bullying and Harassment in Astronomy and Geophysics report and recommendations.

She will present and discuss the report and recommendations.
