Professor Greene's master class is a practical session that uses the research evidence base on start-up planning. This master class will help those of you who have a business idea, or are in the early stages of starting a business, by demonstrating how to refine your start-up planning, using a staged 'propose, sketch and detail' model. This approach will provide your idea or fledgling business with structured background thinking to increase your chances of success and business growth in the early years.
