Event details

In recent years there has been a growing interest in applying Machine Learning (ML) techniques to neuropsychological assessments for neurodevelopmental disorders, such as Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) and Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD). The ultimate goal is to employ ML methods to improve the diagnosis process, in terms of duration and accuracy, in order to improve patient care and reduce burden on the healthcare system. Dr Giulio Falcioni will report on a proof-of-concept project carried out in this area, funded by the STFC Impact Acceleration Account and conducted in collaboration with the London-based company Thymia and The Integrated Clinic (USA).
