Jump Ship Brewing was launched by Sonja Mitchell in 2019 out of her love of beer and horror of hangovers. In her talk, she'll share the highs and lows of her first five years in business, why she took the decision to jump ship into the world of alcohol-free brewing and some lessons learned along the way.
Bio: Sonja is the founder of Jump Ship Brewing. A former Unilever marketer and Cambridge history graduate. she lives in Edinburgh with her husband, three children and various other animals. When not in the brewery, her favourite place is by, in or on the sea.
