Victoria Hamilton is the founder and product design engineer of Recoil Kneepads. During her talk she will share stories of the highs and lows of taking her idea from a university project to fully commercialised product selling globally. With experience of selling through UK retail chains, building a team, being granted a patent, and setting up a UK based supply chain, this talk will provide practical and useful insights for anyone with an interest in product commercialisation.
