Innovia Technology is a global innovation consultancy specialising in the front end of innovation. We help our clients to outperform their competitors and change the world for good through breakthrough innovation. Clients include Boeing, BASF, PepsiCo, Procter & Gamble, Johnson & Johnson and LEGO.
Alastair will speak about how he helped to found the company, what the company has learned through 1500 projects and dive into some of Innovia’s most successful innovations. He’ll cover consulting as a career path and how it relates to working for industry directly. He’ll also talk about the central importance of a good academic training, why diverse skills are essential for innovation and what the company looks for when it recruits people.
